Will Colby Rasmus Perform? WHIR

I am thinking of accepting this trade to help my rotation:

I give -- Delmon Young and Francisco Liriano for Colby Rasmus and Brandon Beachy

But my question is whether Rasmus will perform this year. Should I just pursue a one-for-one deal (Delmon for Beachy) or will Rasmus be an asset for me?

I would take either, but probably lean toward just Young for Beachy. I don't have too much faith in Rasmus this season.

I like that package a lot for you. I'm higher on Rasmus and lower on Delmon than most though.

Go for the package. I think Rasmus will outperform Delmon this year and I love me some Beachy. I don't think you would be able to get Beachy straight up for Delmon but thats just me.

I liked the package this morning, and I still like it tonight.

I don't think the other owner would go for a Beachy/Young straight up deal unless the Young we're talking about is Michael.

Love the deal. You are getting the best player in the deal with Beachy and Rasmus still has a lot of potential and could turn into the second best player in the deal.
