I don't know, that's a little tough. Keeping a catcher is usually an unorthodox move, but I definitely would keep Santana over Jennings. Jennings is 4th for me.
Depends on how you feel about Hamilton and Verlander. Will Hamilton keep it together? If so, he should be fine. But there's no doubt some question marks about relapsing are popping up.
Does Verlander have a good enough defense behind him? Or will his defense affect his innings and pitch count? He's probably the guy to go with, even with the uncertainty with the defense.
I'd probably end up going with Hamilton or Verlander myself, but if those question marks bother you, I could maybe see Santana, but I personally would not.
