that's easy..........BOTH!

If I get him I then wait later to draft my 1b or my 3b. I let the rest of the league pick for me. If I can land A-rod in a later round I use McCab as a 1b, if It's Hosmer I'm getting in a later round I use him as a 3b, I love getting a guy like that who I can plug into 2 spots. I then focus on other positions in my draft and just watch the board and see if the 3b's are moving fast or if it's the 1b's

1B. I have said this a lot. You don't know when Cabrera will get that eligibility. It could happen quickly or it could be July. I could easily see the Tigers having a rotation where Cabrera sees 1-2 games at 3B, 1-2 games at 1B and 1-2 games at DH each week. At that rate it would be over two months before Cabrera can be used at 3B (assuming that you have to have 15 games to qualify).

The injury isn't going to help his case either. It was a hard hit ball but he showed no reaction to get out of the way and an injury to him would severely hurt the Tigers chances.

If I get him in any league, I will not be drafting another 3B (at least until I'm forced to with my last pick). I'd also target one of the other top 1Bs after getting Cabrera. True, you "never know" because he might somehow not get 3B eligibility after this face injury, but I'd put my all my money on him getting eligibility very soon (most leagues have 10 games).

Help with mine?

Like the others said, first base, you never know when he will get eligibility and definitely draft another 3B at least for the short term. For example, in one of my leagues I have Miggy and Hosmer but I drafted Roberts to play 3B until Miggy gets eligibility.

please help

This. He only qualifies at 1B right now. It could be a while. Leyland is a throwback manager and I know he loves Inge's glove a lot.

it really depends what your league rules are, my league it's after .1 of an inning. Thus I would draft him as a 3B. We will play there week 1-2 for sure.
