Your pitching is very strong for a 16 team league. However I think you should use either Hamels or Shields to upgrade at 3B and/or SS. Chipper is a health risk and you do not that great of a back ups. Maybe look at Pablo Sandoval or Aramis Ramirez or if you're high on Brett Lawrie, give him a shot. If you want to try cheaper, maybe Arod or Youk. both are a little less of injury concerns and play on better teams.

I would try to upgrade at 3B. I don't think your bench guys are going to help you out there (McGeehee, Rolen). That's a nice pitching staff.
