Trying to work a trade for James Shields...

Keepers are due Friday, and if I traded for Shields I would obviously have to drop one of the SP's I am currently holding onto which are:

So assuming I can work a deal to get Shields, who is the odd man out?

I might as well throw out what he is proposing as well. It's a combination of Shields & Aramis Ramirez/Rickie Weeks for David Wright. Although I think I might be able to get him to upgrade to Shields and Heyward for Wright.

Hanley will be 3B eligible soon enough and there is going to be SS talent available in the draft to replace him both just for this year and a potential keeper type SS down the road in Dee Gordon.

I think I would rather have Wright. While Wright has some injury worries to start the year, I like him more than Shields repeating last year. If you do the deal, then get Heyward and drop Pineda.
