Postby kaiser » Tue Mar 20, 2012 2:55 pm

10-team H2H keeper.

I give Youklis, Baumbarner and Raul Ibanez.

I get Jacoby Ellsbury.

Giving Too much? Not enough?

Leave a link for help gladly returned.

In smaller keeper leagues, quality always trumps quantity.

It would take considerably more get Ellsbury from me than those two (and yes, I'm ignoring Ibanez, because in a 10 team league, he's nothing but WW garbage.)

I agree that Ibanez is a toss-in (although I think he will have real value as a #5 OF hitting every day in that lineup, in that ballpark.) However, all three of these guys are guys that he has expressed interest in, and he has also expressed interest in moving Ellsbury. Hence, the offer.

This guy is new to the league, blew all of his auction money within the first thirty minutes in our draft, and I'm not sure he knows fully what he is doing.

By the way, it looks like you replaced me on the Cafe Response Team, you $^%&(&! :,-(

I don't think he'll be hitting every day in that lineup. I think he ends up more of a platoon player.

And I've got no problems ripping off a new guy, I've done it a time or ten myself....so if you think you can make this fly, go for it. Never play an ace if a two will do.

I was wondering what that ambulance thing was and where/why/how I'd gotten it. I guess that answers one of those questions.

I love Bumgarner about as much as anyone does, but this is a sweet trade for you.

I'd do that trade, but I'd feel real guilty about ripping off the noob :*)

How deep are your rosters? Why are you even carrying Ibanez in a 10-teamer?

I like his upside. He was a $2 play in one of the final rounds, so I took a shot. If it doesn't work out, no big loss.
