I have a draft tonite, 16 team league 25 rounds, can anyone name some sleepers who names no one's heard about that should be good value in the later rounds?

Call me crazy but I think we Loney could be a sleeper. I think he will put up 2008-2009 numbers this year. He will probably go undrafted in most leagues 10 team leagues. Also I think Billingsley is going to have some solid outings again too. I think all the new changes in LA are going to be good for these guys. I know a ton about the dodgers, thats why my 2 suggestions are from there.
