I would probably take Hanley but without knowing the league setup or team roster, it is hard to say. Hanley has looked good in Spring Training and i generally prefer bats to arms.

To add to this ... Luebke is a wild card. I know that he's a popular pick this season, but he is someone that people wonder about him maintaining his K rate. Also, pitching for a lowly SD club means just a handful of wins. SP is also very deep. I prefer Hanley.
