Number 4 Pick Who to Take?

I have the number 4 pick in my 14 team league this Sunday. This is not a roto league, but a points head-to-head league. There are no surprises with the points except that speedy high average guys are favored (1B = 1pt 2B = 2pt 3B = 3pt and SB = 2pt). So Ellsbury was the top scorer last year followed by Kemp, Braun, and Kinsler.

My thoughts are that 1B is actually a very shallow position there are basically 6 good ones (Pujols, Miggy, Votto, Agon, Prince, Tex) after that, there is a substantial dropoff. I imagine that all will be gone by my pick #2. Who would you get in my position, I assume this to be the first 3 picks:

Pick #1 = Pujols
Pick #2 = Miggy
Pick #3 = Bautista
Pick #4 = ???????

I am leaning towards Votto for the reason mentioned above, but find it hard to pass up a Kemp or Braun, or maybe a Halliday or Verlander? Any help would be great!

Take Braun if no one else does. He's the top player on my board.

Don't worry about position, take the best player on the board. If Braun is there grab him. If not then i would probably take Kemp.
