1st H2H points league...Help!

Basically instead of having to keep track of 5 categories, the point system condenses them into one number. The points that your players get for you are all added up and at the end of the week whoever has the most amount of points wins the matchup.

Wanted to make sure this point was not missed. You are not competing in categories, it is total points only

This was from a league that I was in last year. I did well, winning the league. There was a huge emphasis on SP and especially SP with RP eligibility (like Chris Sale).

Scoring looks a little odd, but It looks like for this league's draft you are really going to want to target the home run guys and strikeout pitchers. Target Curtis Granderson, Adam Dunn, Wilin Rosario, Mark Teixiera, Dan Uggla, Mark Trumbo, Pedro Alvarez, Josh Willingham. You can probably get most of those guys late.

As for pitchers, since K's are inflated, go for the strikeout pitchers. Yovani Gallardo, Yu Darvish, Max Scherzer, Shields, and maybe Tim Lincecum late.

If you could get the majority of those guys, I could almost guarantee a great year for you.
