Olivo or Suzuki?

Postby joeyg2323 » Mon Mar 19, 2012 6:37 pm

ok so i drafted Perez to be my catcher untill montero got eligibility for it, then he got hurt, so my idea is pick up Olivo or Suzuki and grab there Abs from the 2 early games. Then i will have the weekend to figure out something for short term.

so Olivo or Suzuki?

Suzuki, but keep a close eye on Olivo. When he gets hot it tends to last for a couple weeks.

Agreed on Suzuki. Not flashy and may be done in terms of strong fantasy relevance, but he won't hurt you in any categories for the most part (as a catcher, that is). Olivo's average is the pits.

I think you are over thinking it. They both are WW catchers so neither one is a very good option no matter who they face. Olivo might not even play if Montero gets the start. Take Suzuki.
