I think your team is well-rounded and your staff very powerful. Not much more to say except that your RP situation is a little thin. If Thorton can't hold the job and Jansen never steps into the closer role, you've only got two closers. You may consider moving an extra hitter and a lower-tier SP for another closer. But it's not that big a deal.
Your team looks pretty solid this year. Your pitching is rock solid as long as everyone stays healthy and the RP do what they're expected to do. Nothing wrong with Soto but he's declined somewhat over the years but I see him jumping back up pretty soon here. Also I like Rasmus, this could be his year to break out. Dee Gordon is also a nice addition with his speed and solid bat. Everything else looks solid though!
hitter wise very well rounded in all areas..so not much to say other tha your biggest weakness is catcher...your SP is solid especially when healty...your relief corps has one real closer in Bailey who is injury prone...Jansen wil close eventually...Thornton is a couple blown saves from Addison Reed taking his spot and Capps is just horrendous in the K's ERA and WHIP dept....so keep a eye on Anthony Slama in Minny or even Liriano is he still show inconsitencies as a SP
I agree with this. I don't see any holes here. Tons of speed with Dee Gordon, Braun, Ichiro, Phillips and plenty of power as well with Braun, Konerko, Beltre, Hosmer. The only real question is the health of Josh Johnson, but besides that you're sitting on a very nice looking team.

Very solid. I think Rasmus is a great sleeper this year. Also a fan of Ubaldo. Don't worry about saves--just wait to grab someone on the waiver wire. I am very high on Adrian Beltre this year. I like him more than some other 3B options, like David Wright for instance.
I would worry a little about Gordon--no doubt his steals upside is immense, but his bat could slump, so be ready for that.
