Please help - newbie in 12 team, head to head, keeper league

Hello All,

Any advice on my team would be much appreciated. I joined an established keeper league with 12 teams. However, the commissioner clearly did not know what he/she was doing, as the newbies did not get to take over a team and pick keepers, nor did we get first choice in the draft. Basically, I'm sitting with a crap team, while everyone else's team is totally stacked.

Stats/points for batters are - R, HR, RBI, FPCT, AVG, OBP, SLG, NSB

Stats/points for pitchers are - W, K, HLD, ERA, K/9, NH, QS, NSV
