which 1B for keeper backup

Currently holding onto Alonso from our draft. Not sure I want to stick with him though. Would you stick with him or add as a FA one of the following:
Smoak
Lahair
Rizzo
C.Davis
Huff
Kotchman

Thanks for any input, WHIR leave your link!

I'd go with LaHair as a backup. He may not make it the whole season, but he should be fine enough until you get a better sense about Alonso. If Alonso doesn't pan out, you'll probably have to make a trade as LaHair isn't a great long term option given that Rizzo is lingering nearby.

I like Smoak but I am not sure any of them are really worth a spot right now. Smoak had some issues last season that shouldn't happen again but when healthy he actually hit fairly well. Plus I think that lineup in Seattle could be better than people think.

I like Smoak too. I don't really feel like he would be any better than Alonso though. Alonso for BA or Smoak for power I guess. Depends on need.
