Auction Draft Keepers Question

I've joined a Keeper league that has been going on for a year or two along with 2 other teams (3 new teams), and rather than letting us take over the teams that left the league this year, they are allowing us to have a keeper draft that pools the players from our 3 teams (listed below). It is a 10 team, H2H league, where pitching takes some precedence over hitting. 6 SPs, 2 RPs, normal offense. We can (but don't have to) pick 4 keepers in a snake-draft, where we will pay the value next to each player (this part is not an auction). We have a $280 budget ... who do you think is worth picking up based on these prices?
