I agree that Jennings is the "best" of that lot, but I'd be wary of keeping a guy at U who isn't a first- or second-rounder. If you believe in Jennings as that guy, then go for it. Personally, I think he's at least a year out from seeing that kind of production.
I would definitely not keep Posey, since I think Napoli is a better option at C, but I don't think I'd keep a catcher unless you're in a 2-catcher league.
Personally, I'd take a long hard look at Shields. He suffers a bit pitching in the shadow of Price and now Moore, but you just can't overlook his season last year. With 12 teams and 6 keepers, I think you're probably going to see all the "bona-fide aces" be kept, and you need someone with his production atop your staff. If you've got an early pick and think you can grab him or someone better, then by all means keep Jennings, but if I'm picking at the tail end of the draft I'd be nervous about who my #1 pitcher is going to be.
