No.
The Kershaw side is way more valuable. Hanson is a question mark. Kuroda and Masterson are meh.
I think if you want to land Kershaw, you'd best start out with Lester + a rebound candidate (Wainwright or Hanson) + a decent SP (Masterson or Jackson). That might satisfy his need for pitching and still leave you with enough.
This trade doesn't work. Kershaw is elite and if you want an elite player you generally have to give up an elite player or something very close. You can't trade a bunch of mid-tier starters and think you can get a top 3 player for them.

Like everyone else has said, you have no chance whatsoever at getting Kershaw, unless you package Lester AND Wainwright, and even then the Kershaw owner might not budge. And to be honest, I wouldn't blame him.
If you want to upgrade at pitching, trying looking at the waiver wire. I bet you there are some sleeper gems there that you could drop Billingsley/Jackson for.
Or, target a pitcher that isn't possibly going to be the best fantasy pitcher--maybe look outside the top 10.
