2b kipnis
SS Hanley
3b lawrie
Of maybin Boesch Chris young
UT hosmer
Bench bonafacio trumbo Presley

SPs: Grienke, bumgarner, Moore, wainwright, josh Johnson, Johan, mike minor
Closers: soria, santos, Myers, Jim Johnson

C Ramos--I hate spending high on a catcher, you did fine here
1b AGone--I like him
2b kipnis--He's fine
SS Hanley--I took him at 2.02 in a 12-team snake draft, ....gotta good feeling about this.
3b lawrie--Yeah, ....you're hurtin' here
Of maybin--Super sleeper
Boesch--Another great sleeper
Chris young--he should be okay
UT hosmer--expect a big year
Bench bonafacio trumbo Presley

SPs: Grienke, bumgarner, Moore, wainwright, josh Johnson, Johan, mike minor-Yes this IS a great staff
Closers: soria, santos, Myers, Jim Johnson--Good job of NOT going with high cost guys

I expect that you might struggle a bit, ....but I LOVE several of the players you landed, ..Hanley, Maybin, Hosmer, Moore, Minor, and nice CHEAP closers. If your closers all pan out, you might package one up with a healthy Josh Johnson and get yourself a stud hitter and a SP who has stumbled out of the gate. JJ is VERY likely to go down with an injury, sell high if he starts well.

Wainwright, JJ, and Johan all on one team? You're taking a lot of risk there.

Seems to me a high powered high ceiling offense...but might be lacking in speed and average. I like your first 3 SPs...and I think Wainwright should recover quite nicely. JJ and Johan...both are high risk high reward...but I agree with crimedoctor about JJ and moving him if he starts off hot. That goes double for Johan...shoulders (unlike elbows) are something they have not yet figured out how to reliably fix for pitchers...and he was on a steady incline long before he went out last year.

However, considering JJ and Johan are your 5th and 6th starters...you certainly did not over pay for them...so you can't lose too much on that risk.

Any help with mine is greatly appreciated! viewtopic.php?f=29&t=441805
