auction league $260 5x5 keeper with contracts

im trading away pedroia becuase i cant keep him anyway, contract is up
i can trade him and other team can keep him for one year only +$5 in his contract
they will be getting pedroia at $16 which is a steal
so i wanted to get someone at a great value in return

i dont really like any of these prices but i do want to get at least some value in return
i wont be keeping any pitchers so i was hoping for some value there?

Felix is by far your best option, but if you can't get him I'd go for Haren second. Sabathia is on the same tier as those 2, and costs WAY more money, so I'd avoid going after him.

Agree. He should go close to $30 in a format like this. Not crazy about the others. Sucks that you lose Pedroia at that cost, but you don't have much leverage. If Felix is the best you can get then it sounds like a winner!

This. In an auction league you have to look at the comparables to see if something is a good value. I prefer King Felix over both Haren and CC, and he is cheaper than both of them. That spells good value.
