Cain = Johnson
Kipnis < Pence
Lewis < Zobrist

From a strictly value perspective it's pretty close, but from a team perspective I don't think you can compete with that post trade rotation. I would counter offer asking for a better pitcher than Lewis. Maybe see if he'll do Johnson + Aram for Bautista?

i think the difference between Bautista and Felix is less than the difference between Pence/Zobrist and Kipnis/Lewis. So while you do gain a lot be getting Bautista, I think you lose more by downgrading to Kipnis and Lewis.
