AL only $260 cap. I have been offered Cabrera 52 or Agon 55 for my moore 3. Should I pull the trigger?

nope. mcab is probably worth around $52 in an AL only league, but moore is huge value at $3. it'd take similar value in return for me to deal him.

I don't know, I might. What do your other keepers look like and how much money will you have left? If you think you can win this year, then I might take the chance and trade for Cabrera. Moore is pretty awesome but he could easily have some issues while Cabrera is pretty much money in the bank. But only if you think you can win.

Moore for $3 could be a huge steal this year and depending on how much he goes up next year, he could be the best value in your league as soon as next year.

Nope, still not close for me. I'd rather have Moore/Lind and the extra $66 for the auction. If you want to trade Moore for a big bat wait until after the auction. Even then I would only trade $3 Moore if I knew it would help me clinch first place.

How much does Weaver cost?

As mentioned above, the best strategy is probably to keep Moore and trade him post auction if you are looking for an upgrade (assuming your league allows you to go over the cap once the season starts).

I'm not a huge fan of that Lind contract, so I would love to move it. I like the Moore contract, but I think the thought of "he could be the best player/deal in the league" is a tad premature. We haven't seen the guy pitch in the majors for an extended period of time.

Getting Gozno AND Weaver in an AL only would be HUGE IMO. Those are two of the best players by a large margin. So getting them should definitely give you a boost; hopefully enough to be the front runner in the league. Assuming you don't botch the draft

I'd rather have Miggy and Weaver though... And with Moore's price, I'd push for that.
