Final tweaking done, please let me know how this team is now

I made three waiver wire pickups that I think will solidfy my team as a very competitive team. It is a ten team head to head league, with stat categories: BA, R, HR, SB, RBI, ERA, WHIP, K, W, and S.

I dropped:

Weaver and picked up Brad Penny ( I still will be watching Weaver as a sleeper, but think it might take a bit for him to improve)

Chacon and picked up Cordero

Burnitz and picked up Miguel Cabrera

I am going to hold pat, and hope I can trade Ensberg or Jeter for possible another SP.

PLease tell me what you all think.....thank you

My New roster is:

C IVAN RODRIGUEZ
1B TODD HELTON
1B/OF KEVIN MILLAR
2B JEFF KENT
2B RAY DURHAM
SS DEREK JETER
SS KAZOU MATSUI
3B ERIC CHAVEZ
3B MARK ENSBERG
OF MANNY RAMIREZ
OF ICHIRO SUZUKI
OF/3B MIGUEL CABRERA
SP RANDY JOHNSON
SP KEVIN BROWN
SP WADE MILLER
SP BRAD PENNY
SP MATT MORRIS
SP/RP JOSE CONTRERAS
RP OCTAVIO DOTEL
RP ARHTUR RHODES
RP FRANCISCO CORDERO

Does your league not have a bench? Would you mind posting which players are on your bench?

If you are considering trading jeter, most definetely go after a younger ace type. RJ and KB are pretty old, so as insurance, I'd go after a young'un like Oswalt or one of the Big Three for that spot.

On my Bench I will start off with Matsui, and Durham, and Either Millar or Cabrera. I know Millar was hot the first half of the season, and Cabrera was the second half f the season(3 bench spots)...so at first I am going to start like that. If someone is off on a day and I can get one of them in I will.

Yeah I wanted to go with a young ace, K Brown and Johnson worry me, but they were also steals when i got them so I cannot complain. I tried trading for oswalt, but the guy had prior so I understand why he would reject it.

Anyone else?

Anyone want to let me know, if this team is solid or still needs more work?? I know my pitching could be younger, but I plan on doing some trades down the road...PLEASE let me know what you think.
