Salary Cap Snake Draft Strategy

My 1 Catcher 4 SP Roto league has a Salary Cap of $260, but we use a snake draft with 10 people instead of an Auction.

Thus, Value becomes more important since each player has a certain Cost; the Highest Cost player isn't always the best Value for team at a given draft pick.

What different strategies are used for this type of draft? Overall draft strategies, i.e. 200 Hitting/ 60 Pitching, 160/100, load up on OF/SP/whatever early, wait on certain positions.
