First time playing Fantasy. Would like some input please!

I'm a little worried I have too few Starting Pitchers, should I bench an RP and switch in Billingsley? I'm a little nervous about his ERA...

Any help would be appreciated!

You definitely need more starters. You wont be competitive without at least 4-5 SPs.

Offense looks pretty good. Here are a few comments.

You need Sp's and a reserve OF, as Hart is expected to start the season on the DL. You don't need Davis and Helton-I'd drop Helton and get the best OF on the WW.

Also, unless your league counts Holds, you don't need Clippard and Adams. Clippard is probably worth starting if the WW is really thin, he can contribute nicely. Drop Adams and pick up another SP.

Thanks for the help, I'll definitely swap Billingsley in from my bench then, and pick up one more SP.

Good tip on the Outfield too, I was sitting on the fence about Helton anyway so I'll drop him for an OF.

you dont need starters to win. depending the cats. if its standard 5x5 a team like yours could easily win SV, ERA and WHIP every week but you would be giving up W and Ks. its a risk that ive seen work but it being your first year i would get more SP

wow, you were able to pick up Chacin? Nice. is this a 10 team or 12 team league?
The other thing that comes to mind, once Montero picks up C eligibility is that you could try shopping McCann to fill any holes.

Yeah I was pretty surprised Chacin hadn't been drafted. And we're running a 10 team league.

You need some quality SP's and power hitters. Speed is not a issue for your lineup but you need some more HR's and RBI's.

You probably dont need 2 C's so once Montero gets catcher eligibility (could be 2 weeks, could be 2 months depending on your settings), try to trade Mccann or Montero for a very good SP.
