Lind/JJohnson for Teixeira?

This is a very deep 20 team dynasty league, 6x6 scoring (+OPS, holds). I've been offered Teixeira for my Lind and Josh Johnson, which I'm tempted to take. I've never been one to shy away from trading away pitching over the years (Webb for Holliday, Halladay for Hamilton, Johan for Wright) as my roster always had SP depth to go with breadth but right now I feel that without JJ my rotation would be somewhat lacking. On the other hand, my offense lacks a true slugger unless Hamilton somehow manages to stay healthy, which is never gonna happen. Accept?

This would leave you w/o any ace and any top 50 pitching. Tex is a good player but you have to look at what it would do to your team not only that you cannot easily replace him unless you could flip tex for a younger 1b and stud starter....did you have that in mind. Think you could land maybe a David Price + Eric Hosmer package?

Josh Johnson is one of the 2-3 best pitchers in baseball. However, I've been burned too many times by Johnson to believe he is going to be healthy for long stretches in a dynasty league. I would grab Tex and run. At the very least you could probably flip Tex at some point for a another top of the line pitcher with a better health history.

Yea, try asking for a weak player throw in since depth is more important in deep leagues like this. Regardless I would still do the trade. Lind is an enigma and JJ has tons a huge injury question mark.

You are going to have to move someone for an ace SP though. Personally I would never own Hamilton in a dynasty league. Try to move him for an ace before he gets injured.
