I'm having trouble making a decision here, it seems like both players almost wash out. Any advice/opinions are greatly appreciated.

Latos. I've never been a fan of Gio, too many walks.

Latos all the way. Not a fan of Gio's walks. Latos' road/home splits were pretty even so I think his move from PETCO should be fine, plus he pitches against weaker teams in the NL Central than the NL East.
