Balanced offense! Pitching seems questionable at the top of your rotation. Pineda could solve that problem for you.

Agreed... my biggest concern.

If A-rod can keep up his spring training numbers over the next couple of weeks, hoping he can become a nice chip for an anemic offense... combine him with a middle rotation guy in a trade and I'll try and vet another top pitcher.

In one of my leagues, I'm planning something similar. My A-rod/Kinsler for his Panda/Pedrioa. I think Arod will produce more than last year, but injuries are always a concern with him.

That's a nice trade---in another league I'm trying to swap Arod and Sandoval in a multi-player trade. That's what makes Arod a good bargaining chip year in and year out since 07 at least...if not a pre-season trade, there will be a point in april/june/july where he will APPEAR hot.
