Keeper Question: Need to Keep 2

I'm in a 5x5 mixed league H2H. We get to keep 10 players each year and players can be kept for up to 3 years with salaries increasing each year they're kept. My decision for my last 2 keeper spots is down to:
Fowler @ $7
Beachy @ $5
Norris @ $4
Anibal Sanchez @ $9.

Beachy definitely, Sanchez probably next. Alvarez is a bit pricey at $9 considering what he hasn't done so far, so I would swap him out with Fowler for a little cheaper and someone that's not a Pirate. Norris is pretty good at $4, but Houston is terrible and you'll have plenty of pitchers if you go Beachy/Sanchez.
