I would like to strengthen my Rotation in a 10 team ESPN Head to Head league. (keeper league)

Owner is after my 1B/LF - Y.Alonso (who I have high hopes for, but now hits in Petco Park, where balls go to die)
He is asking for Alonso plus Cahill FOR Hellickson, and I am not a fan of that, hell I would not move Cahill straight for Hellickson as I think Cahill will rock in the NL West this season.

Out of the following pitchers, who would you include in the deal, instead?
E.Volquez (SD)
or
H.Alvarez (TOR)

Does a............
1B/LF - Y.Alonso (SD)
SP - E.Volquez (SD)
FOR
SP - J.Hellickson (TB)

Work for me? should I offer that....and see what happens? OR does a Alonso for Hellickson deal straight up work.

Not sure why you think Cahill will rock?
He just left a great pitchers park, for Coors South.
Volquez is probably the guy i wouldn't trade.
I wouldn't offer more then Alonso for Hellickson, who had the lowest babip last year.

I think Alonso for Hellickson should be fair enough ... batter upside in SD for a young pitcher in the AL East. The other guy shouldn't need more convincing.
