Starting NFBC style league. 15 tm-roto-slow draft-$125

I got shut-out of getting in to a NFBC slow draft therefore I want to start one that will have 100% payout.
I'm looking to start a slow draft, NFBC-like league.
15 teams. $125, no trade league. Snake Draft.
Standard 5x5 roto rules, weekly lineups.
30 roster spots
Starting Spots: 2C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, CI, MI, 5OF, U, 9P
All free agents done via FAAB.
Slow draft will either be done via e-mail or a website like couch managers

All prize money to be secured on leaguesafe.com
100% payout (unless we have to pay for the draft): 1st = $1000, 2nd = $400, 3rd = $200, 4th = $150, 5th = $125

I think we will use ESPN. I'm open to yahoo though, but I want to use a free site.
