I'm not real big on either of these guys. That being said, 15' fence movement and lowered 8' in some places makes it quite a bit more interesting. I think I would take Wright. If he does in fact turn for the better this year, you won't be able to touch him for a SP next year.
Also, SP's just seem to appear with much more frequency than upper tier 3B'ers.

Does the rectus abdominis tear for Wright change this? He says it's no big deal but i just don't know that i can rely on that.
