I really like him this year lock in batting 5th w/ MCab & Fielder ahead of him.. I say he betters 2010 and goes 24 hr, 112 RBI, 90 runs and a .285 ave.. He's having a great spring and is very happy in Det's stout lineup!

Intentional typo?
The good news is, you won't have to pay much to invest in him. I suppose there are worse end game flyers to take...

Fielder is one of the worst baserunners in baseball as well so it is going to be hard to drive him in a lot without hitting a lot of HR. The lower part of the lineup probably gets more help from Fielder than #5.

delmon just doesnt hit enough fly balls to hit that many HR. not a terrible late round flyer since the youth and upside is still there though.
Here's the pitch on the way, a swing and a belt! Left field! Way back! BLUE JAYS WIN!

I like him, but not nearly that much! batting 5th Fielder and Cabrera are going to empty the bases quite often and the guys behind him are not strong enough to knock him in 90 times. 80 runs 90 rbi 25 hr and a .280 is all I see. Those are solid numbers but in a 12 teamer i would not stretch to get him before round 17. If an auction, no more than $13.

Demon Young in for a career year?
He already had it. See: 2010.
After he joined Detroit his BB/K was 5/30....if this continues the question should really be "Demon Young being cut as a starting OF, over/under August 1?"
Also, Alex Avila is more of a fit to bat 5th IMO.

I agree ! Young had his career year. The only time he has hit over 20 hrs. And probably the last. If he is there I would grab him but don't expect any more than 16-18 hrs. Anything more is bonus.
