H2H Draft Strategy

Sorry if this has been asked a billion times before but...
I am drafting this Sunday. I have been with the same group of guys for a few years, but I am yet to win despite me being in the top 4 each year. Our league is a 6 team (Yes, very small) H2H Categories league. the categories are Batting Average, Home Runs, Runs Scored, Runs Batted In, Stolen Bases, Earned Run Average, Strikeouts, WHIP, Wins,and Saves. I was just wondering what a my overall draft strategy should be. Should I target offense first or pitching? For pitching (4 starter slots, and 4 closer slots), what should I target first, and then target later on?

Offensive minded players generally rule in H2H. I would load up on bats and worry about pitching later. In such a shallow league though the winner is basically pure luck.
