Where is the extra draft pick located in the draft?

Id definitely get the extra draft pick. Phillips although consistent, is a bit low in a 10 team league to be using that 7th keeper spot. Take that extra pick

I'd certainly take the extra pick.

This is where some social engineering comes in handy. Try to figure out if anybody else is skipping keepers and drafting ahead of you. If you think you are the only one, and you are getting the first pick in the draft by skipping, then it's a no brainer because worst case scenario Phillips is the best guy available and you just pick him.

You can do the engineering route, but I'll save myself the energy..... I'm taking the pick anyway. Something will be there of similar or greater value in my mind.
Thanks for your help.
