Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

Trying to decide on some keepers in my NL-Only league. Torn between the immediate value o the player, and the value in rolling them over every year. The cost to keep a player is merely that they occupy a draft spot one round higher than where you took them the year before. So if a player was drafted in round 12, you can keep him the next year in Round 11, and so on.
Ike Davis (for a 13th round pick) or Freddie Freeman (for a 15th round pick)?
Bumgarner (10th), Kennedy(11th) or Wainwright (13th)?
Any advice would be appreciated, I'm stuck.

I would go with Wainwright. He looked sharp today in his start. I live in STL and have been reading good things about his return.
Please help me:

I liek Mad Bum a lot.
But my choices here are Freeman and Wainwright easily.
MadBum would be a 1-b choice and not a bad one either.
