Another manager, actually my brother, really wants Kinsler (who I just traded for this morning). He is willing to give up just about anything as long as it benefits both sides. So the question is, can I trade Kinsler and add value to my team keeping in mind I can still only protect 10 guys.
Roto Keeper (10) - final roster is 22 Hitting - R 2B HR RBI AVG SB BB OPS Pitching - W K SV ERA WHIP
My Team: C - Jesus Montero 1B - Hosmer 2B - Kinsler SS - A.Cabrera 3B - A. Ramirez OF - Bourn OF - Morse OF - Heyward SP- Price SP - Pineda
His Team: C - Santana 1B - Votto 2B - M.Young SS - Castro 3B - Sandoval OF - McCutchen OF - Stanton OF - Holliday SP- Bumgarner SP - Wainwright
There is one more starting OF and Util position plus a load of BN spots. Pitchers won't be part of the deal, should also mention that I do have Kendrick as an option until midnight tonight who I don't mind protecting at 2B if I get enough value added in other positions.
Who does he have that he is willing to trade? Is he willing to overpay? That is the only way I would trade him because after looking at your roster I think you need him.

Any recommendations?
You are in a 10 team league, correct?
If so, I would be looking to deal Kinsler in a 1 for 2 player deal. The reason is that I am not a fan of keeping either Pineda or Montero as a keeper in a 10 team league. I know most people are going nuts over Pineda, but I want to see him pitch effectively in Yankee Stadium before I'd keep him. He only has two pitches and gave up more HRs to left handed batters. The new park won't help him there. Montero looks decent, but I'm not keeping a catcher in a 10 team league (unless it is Carlos Santana). So I would be looking to land almost any combination of 2 players from his list for Kinsler. Bumgarner + McCutchen/Stanton for Kinsler + Pineda looks like a good deal.
Or maybe a player swap at certain positions- Santana + Young + Holliday/Stanton/McCutchen for Montero + Kinsler + Heyward. Something of the like to take away some injury risk and upgrade Montero or Pineda.
Kinsler is going to be very valuable with your league's extra hitting categories (BB + OPS).

Assuming that he stays healthy. I am seeing a lot of people jumping on the Kinsler bandwagon but the guy has only one season where he played 140+ games. I would not count on him to stay healthy.
If you could do it straight up for Votto, I would do it. I know it leaves you without a 2B keeper but you will be able to find something in the draft or trade for one later on.
