If that is the case I would probably hold onto Price. I think he has the potential to exceed what he has done so far. Maybe even finish as a top 5 SP if luck swings a bit in his favor.
Wandy Rodriquez at $15 looks reasonable. A reliable SP with a decent price tag. I really don't like Ricky Nolasco at $12 though. He hasn't delivered for years now and unless he improves I don't think he is worth owning. As is, he is going to bring down Rodriguez's stats...
It looks like a case of Price's upside vs. Nolasco's upside + $10. From the sound of things, it doesn't seem like you would be able to land an impact arm with $10. The extra money certainly gives you help in winning bids you may not have otherwise won. That said, I'd probably still keep Price. Especially if there is a premium on top end SP.
I will say that if Nolasco was subbed out for someone else, I would consider the deal.
