Trade from #10 to #3 WHIR

Postby JJGBPD » Fri Mar 09, 2012 7:07 am

So, I traded my original #4 and #24 for the #10 and #11 spots. Yesterday, traded the #10 and #11 spots for #3 and #18. After both trades I kept my #17. Was this smart of me or should I have kept #10 and #11?

Basically, I gave up #4 and #24 to move up to #3 and #18, plus keep my #17. My fourth pick is #37. Hope this makes sense. I wanted to guarantee I get Kemp, Miggy or Braun at 3 plus get an extra 2nd round pick for 2B or SS. Thanks!

Seems like a simple math question, 3 comes before 4 and 18 comes before 24. You moved up both slots it was a great series of trades.

the first trade was money, the second one is more of a lateral trade but it's fine if you prefer picking 3rd to picking 10/11.
