Keeper Help Needed!! WHIR!!

This is for a 16 team, can keep anywhere between 0-6 keepers, H2H each category.

Categories:
Batting: AVG, RBI, HR, SB, R, Ks
Pitching: ERA, Ks, W, L, WHIP, SV+HD (Saves and Holds).

I won this league last season. So I would like to be able to repeat. Here are a few things you need to know about the keepers. Like stated I can keep 0 players up to and including 6 players. Also, the keepers are salaried and it escalates depending on how many years a player has been kept. The keepers will also effect my draft budget of $260. To make things easier I will go ahead and include the escalated salary for the keepers.

I really don't see me keeping many of the pitchers. The two I would think hard about is Fister and Lewis. As far as the batters Asdrubal is a no-brainer. After that have been thinking of keeping Montero, Beltre and Castro.

this is what I see as good value. Castro at $24 seems a little high and Monero at $15 seems to high. Kipnis at $9 was intriguing so i might keep him as well.

last spot goes to castro or kipnis. in a 16 team league i imagine shortstop will be pretty thin in the draft which makes castro a decent option at $24. probably not a ton of value there, but it's probably worth it to lock up a shortstop. i like kipnis as well but you may be able to get him cheaper in the draft.

Forgot it was a 16 team league. So I would add Montero and Castro at those values. Still kind of high but you are going to have to fill those spots with someone.

He has Asdrubal at a 1/3 of the cost so you keep him. Beltre is a stud and worth that much. Longo will probably go between 25-30. Lewis and good Fister are good rotation fillers would keep them also. And Kipnis too (utley jr) I might be in the minority but in a deep league 3 bucks for 30 homers is reasonable to I'd go with Pena.
