#1 overall team - get 6 players

I am in a league where you pick 2 MLB teams and you have to take 6 players from each of those teams. It is a dynasty league. Head to Head. An added catch is that you control all the minor league players of the teams that you pick as they come up.

I ended up with the #1 overall pick and I don't know which team to take. I am considering Red Sox, Angels, Tigers, and Phillies. Thoughts? Is there another team not listed that you would take?

Here is who I would think to take from each of these teams:

I would go with the Red Sox and Tigers. That sounds like a cool league!

is a pretty sweet start to an offense, though admittedly pretty injury prone. they also have an insane minor league system, especially if darvish counts.

The Red Sox are also a solid pick.

I like the Red Sox and Tigers but that would give you possibly 3 1B. What about Tampa Bay? That would give you a top 3B and some nice SP. Plus a decent farm system. I think I would take the Red Sox over the tigers because of the farm system as well. Rangers should be in that list as well. Another stacked team with a good farm system.
