One open slot in two competitive money leagues

I have two leagues and they each need 1 owner.

The roto league is doing a brand new single season auction this year on March 26th. The franchise league has been running three years and I have to replace an owner for an excellent team with 8 keepers. Both are $80 entry fees.

The franchise auction is March 25th. I run a blog that is used to post articles about our leagues and have written all of the rules in a single pdf.

Roto league is a 6x6 with strict GP limits. OBP and QS added to the standard 5x5.
The franchise league is a H2H points league with a minor league system and some very experienced and active owners.
