I'd do the Kinsler trade before I would touch this Jansen trade. Your instincts are correct at $4 in your league, that is an absolute steal. He should be a beast of a pitcher/closer in your format.

I think I would keep Latos and Jenson, Jensen this year is going to help in 3 cats Holds, and K's, and save when he takes the job away from Guerra. Latos even though he has left Petco should still get you 14-15 wins at least and a ton of K's, and even though Kinsler looks awesome, he is streaky and may go a few weeks at a time with minimal points production.
and weekley averages will should
Latos averaging approx 11 per week
Jensen (depending on his role as set up or closer) 9-13 per week
Where as Kinsler on a average week will net you about 12 per week
and Peralta (is this Joel or Jhonny?)
Johnny around 6-7
Joel around 4
