should I do the deal, currently have Prince at DH and can shift BIg Papi over, my rotation is
Lincecum, Gio, Chacin, Vogelsong, Baker, Masterson, Lilly, and Worley.

I think it's a good deal. I don't think Prince is going to put up great numbers in Detroit despite the line up.

Verlander will regress some, had a insane babip.

You have a bunch of regression SP to round your staff. Ortiz has one more studly year left in him that's it. Fielder is a big loss and I'd rather have the 1st round bat myself...so I'd keep Fielder here unless you have a stacked lineup. Post your roster and FAs please. I would cut Vogelsong and Baker ofr upside plays. I'd offer ortiz for a solid starter like daniel hudson or maybe tommy hanson.
