buehrle(great pitcher pitchings in the NL but will be in a tough nl east)
Tomlin(young and will be good)
Hughes(will be back to 19 win form from two years ago)
Niemann(dont sleep on him)

The name that stood out to me was John Danks. He was pretty good and consistent before last season. I expect a bounce back.

After Danks I would look at Nova, Leake, Aceves, and Niese. Buehrle and Dicky have been steady performers and would be useful in a points league, but I'd go with the other guys first in a roto league.

Hughes (if you fancy an SP with 90-93 mph stuff and the straightest fast ball in MLB lol)...Barring Hughes having an awesome Spring or Garcia really stinking the joint up, I think Garcia ends up winning the 5th SP spot so if he is around you should put him on the radar as well.
