I'd keep Pujols, Phillips, Hanley, McCutchen, Stanton, Kershaw, and Price. If you did the deal Pujols, Hanley, McCutchen, Stanton, Sabathia, Sandoal, and Price.
I'd say it depends on what is there for 2B when you would draft, and who was kept. You're losing youth in Kershaw to get Sabathia, but getting a younger 3B in Sandoal instead of an older 2B.
It's a toss up if there is a decent 2B you think you might get. If you don't think one would fall to you I'd say no.
It all comes down to this. Can you draft a better play then Price with the 7th round pick then you would gain by not keeping him? If not, keep him, if yes, drop him.
As far as the trade is concerned (CC + Panda for Kershaw) that is a tough call. If it were my team I would try to get a better idea as far as which players are going to be available come draft day. Who is and isn't likely to be there would probably determine (for me at least) whether or not I would do the trade.

I agree with this concept, but would replace Price with Phillips. If he's offering CC+Pablo, then is it possible he's considering not keeping Pablo? If Pablo or guys of similar value are not going to be kept, then I would let Phillips go and take that extra pick. Definitely don't trade away Kershaw
Also, if there is a team that is hurting for keepers I would try to package Phillips and Hellickson for 1 solid keeper worthy player. Kind of same strategy that the guy offering you the CC trade is using - not sure if Phillips/Hellickson would be enough, but it may be worth a shot.
