I'm debating whom I should keep for the last spot on my keeper team. The stats we use are:
Runs
RBI's
Xtra Base Hits
OBP
SB
I am deciding between Kemp at $37 and Paul Goldschmidt at $12.
My thought is that Kemp gives me all those numbers though at a price that while a lot has the potential to go a few dollars higher. The argument for Goldschmidt is that 1b is a very shallow position this year in the NL and his price is probably on the low end of what he'll go for. Both players have 2 years left on their contracts.
Thanks in advance!

Thanks!
That's where I was leaning, but I'm needing to be talked back from the price ledge and realize that he's worth that amount and then some. I'm also overthinking that our league will lose the Astros next year thereby causing a drop in available players especially ones at already scarce positions. Who'd ever think that NL 1b would become so thin.

You can probably get a Laroche, McGahee, Sanchez in the draft for equal value and be content.
Keep Kemp easily.

Have dealt with both these guys in two different NL Only leagues. Keeping Kemp in one for 38. Traded a $19 Gold for a farm James Taillon. But the only reason that guy is keeping Gold at that price is he has a uber-cheap OF and can afford too. Had no other takers. So I would approximate that as Gold's legitimate value. Assuming Kemp would go in 42-45 range, then you get equal value and elite production outta Kemp. So Kemp.
