15 Teams in the league - standard scoring 5X5 Rotisserie League. We start 2 C, 2 1B, 2 2B, 2 3B, 2 SS, 5 OF, 10 P (Starter or Reliever) - pretty deep league. We keep up to 10 players each year, so assume anyone in the top 150 not kept I will not be able to get back.
So - I think this is where I am going with my keepers: C - Mike Napoli, Jesus Montero (lots of SEA fans in the league - had 4 trade offers already!) 1B - Mark Teixeira 2B - Rickie Weeks OF - Andrew McCutchen, Mike Stanton, Carl Crawford, Mike Morse SP - Cliff Lee RP - Mariano Rivera
Does Carl Crawford stay - I'm a little worried about the wrist injury. Do I replace him with any of these players: 1B - Ike Davis SS - Derek Jeter, Jhonny Peralta, Emilio Bonifacio SP - Ubaldo Jimenez, Jaime Garcia, Shaun Marcum (shoulder injury) RP - Joakim Soria
Maybe Rivera for Bonfacio so you'll have a tleast some SS production. Keep Crawford for sure. Focus on 3B and RP with your first few picks. Tag an OF like Bourjous or Crisp later in your draft for your OF 5.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!
I also get to keep Jose Tabata for free as a minor leaguer (and Wil Myers) - so hopefully a little production in the SB/R from him with a decent average as well if I want to use him at my #5 OF spot. It's kind of a weird league, in that half the teams jump early and grab closers and the rest wait or just pick one up after the season starts.

Yeah you definitely need a SS and I'd easily keep Bonafacio for one year at least he'll keep his SS eligibility one more time. With 4 stud OF and a tandem of Tabata (solid OF5) and Myers waiting in the wings your OF is set for years to come.
I'd throw out a 40+ y/o closer I don't care how good he is. I'd take one year of at least solid SS production and you need some speed there so yes.
There are some closers like Guerra, Myers, etc types that should fall to you.
