My league-mates are considering breaking our league into pre-ASB and post-ASB seasons. Essentially wiping the slate clean at the all star break and starting from scratch (with the same players). Does anyone have experience in this type of league setting? I'm interested in hearing the pros and cons of doing this. Would also be interested in knowing of any sites that support this setup.
Thanks in advance for any input.

We have been doing this in our main 14 owner money league for years now and it keeps everyone's interest much longer. Many owners otherwise shutdown in june/july at some point when they figure they are out of it. We pay off 1st - 4th for both halves, and on average 6/14 owners get something back. Its a CBS league and they are good about working with us. The downside is you don't get yearly stats for your teams in league history.
