Looking for a rookie eligibility database

Hey guys,

My league constitution follows the MLB rookie guidelines. The ABs and Innings pitched is easy to track but I have been having trouble tracking the days on active roster over the years. (like the Mike Trout fiasco)

Is there a web resource out there that I can use to quickly verify if a player is a rook or not based on active roster days?

I think you are just asking for problems if you track the days. They are not readily available because the expanded roster days do not count. I advise to just do the "at bats" and "innings pitched" and forget about days.
