If your prospects can fill the voids of mediocre players at your middle infield positions, you should be fine for a while. I got rid of BJ Upton (who could be trade pawn for you if he puts together a decent 1st half). I'm sick of being burned by Beck "downward spiral" ham. Latos will put together a nice season on that strong Reds team (I'll predict 16 wins, and small jump in ERA, and near equivalent K from last season).
Dwight Schrute: Michael, you forgot to mention the herpes.
Michael Scott: It didn't come out organically.

yeah i just dealt BJ for Luebke... i think it improves the rotation and this leaves me to bank on a resurgence of LoMo and Heyward for bounce back years in the OF.

Nice trade. Your team is set to be competitive for quite awhile, as it doesn't seem you have any old players.

I know you're really strict on trading prospects, but if you're interested in winning this year, you may want to consider a youth for age deal (though I know nothing about your league - is there a salary cap? is the dynasty just 'you can keep anyone you want to keep and there's a draft every year'? What's up?).
